We are now seeking highly competent, active and experienced
professionals to join Habitat for Humanity Indonesia for National
Office, Jakarta. Ideal candidates should be Indonesian who are strong
professional managers with excellent leadership, managerial and
interpersonal skills. Fluency in English both verbal and written is
also an important prerequisite.

1.Senior Program Officer

Under the line management of Chief of Operating Officer, the Senior
Program Officer will be responsible for raising technical/public fund,
managing technical and corporate donor resource allocations including
coordinating new project initiative, technical report writing and
overseeing monitoring and evaluation activities. Other responsibility
is to manage community development initiatives whilst ensuring that
holistic mission is integrated into Habitat’s project.

Qualifications and requirements:

– A degree in development studies with a master degree preferable
– Minimum 5 years overall relevant working experience in the
development area with a minimum 3 years in senior management positions
– Knowledge and experience of development and corporate social
, triple bottom line reporting
-Technical proposal research and writing skills, project design, log
frame and budget preparation.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
-Cross cultural sensitivity
-Change management skills include project planning, budgeting,
implementation and evaluation.

2.Senior Operation Officer

Reporting to the Chief of Operating Officer (COO), the Senior
Operation Officer will assist COO in establishing and expanding the
operations of branches by performing direct supervisory duties of
branch managers. He/she will also support COO in establishing and
assessing the (potential) partners of Habitat for Humanity Indonesia,
and to ensure the delivery of reliable, quality and timely services to
home partners, their communities and partners whilst ensuring
sustainability and compliance with Habitat’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications and requirements:

-Master or Bachelor’s degree in business related subjects from a
reputable university
-Senior level management experience or training in a service oriented
organization, preferably banking or microfinance and/or community
development environment
-Experience, knowledge or training in accounting, financial and/or
credit analysis or related areas
-Proven commercial skills in business development, marketing, and
client relationship building
-Proven experience in project design, monitoring, and evaluation in
the field level development
-Proficient in a language other than Bahasa Indonesia a plus
-Essential knowledge and skills include broad management skills,
leadership qualities including the ability to create a vision,
knowledge of basic accounting and marketing, strong administration
skills, strong organization abilities and analytical skills
-Strong leadership and management skills
-Awareness of cross cultural issues effecting organizational development
-Strong initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
-Capacity to work effectively in line with Habitat’s vision, mission and values
-Ability to communicate and build relationships with internal and
external stakeholders, e.g. Board of Directors, partners, clients,
staff and donors.
-Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and
variables in non-standardized situations.
-Commitment to Habitat’s vision, mission, corporate values and the
ability to incorporate the mission and values into the work area

-Skilled in Microsoft office programs, word processing, spreadsheets
