for Researcher in <span style="background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;cursor:pointer;">Energy Economics</span> with following requirements:<br />
-        S1 or Master Degree from an <span style="background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;cursor:pointer;">accredited university</span> in a field related to energy, economic and environment or other relevant disciplines<br />
-        Two (2) years of progressive experience in research<br />
-        Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking<br />
-        High skill in report writing, both at academic and business level<br />
-        Computer literate is a must, and ability in computer programming is a plus<br />
-        Able to work under tight schedule, independently or as a team</p>

<p>Oxfam GB works in more than 80 countries to provide people with the support they need to overcome poverty and suffering. Here in <span>Indonesia</span>, we run a busy programme of development, humanitarian and advocacy initiatives.</p>
<p>To carry out our work as efficiently and effectively as possible, we depend on a professional and proactive HR / <span>Admin support function</span>. That’s where you come in.</p>
<p>You will be managing the HR/Admin function in the Papua office and support the development of staff within the projects. As a part of Area Programme team, you will also work alongside the Area Programme Manager/recruiting managers to recruit staff for the programme and on team training plans in line with Oxfam’s learning and <span>Development Plan</span>. This will include managing the implementation and co-ordination of HR systems and procedures, such as <span>contract management</span>, leave management, personal records, preparation of payroll, Health and Safety, and Leavers management. You will also have to ensure HR functions and processes in the programme are following the Oxfam and Indonesian Labour Regulation, including casework with assistance from Country HR team.</p>
<p>As an experienced <span style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;cursor:pointer;">Human Resource</span> / Admin Officer, you’ll have a strong interpersonal awareness including excellent <span style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;cursor:pointer;">facilitation skills</span> and able to get on well with others. Having diplomacy, tact, and respect for confidentiality is a must. You will also need to have an ability to understand the principles of employment practice and law and knowledge of HR administrative procedures and systems. This will include ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa with a high-level of <span>computer literacy</span>. Good time management skills, planning skills, and follow-up are important.</p>

office staff, prepare time sheets, correspondence, maintain office<br />

with other organisation including banking related matters and other Ngo.Responsible<br />
for staff recruitment, employment training, provide on the job training, Provide<br />
and distribute information in regards promoting the work of Yakeba. Maintaining<br />
office record such as to design, maintain filling system, employment<br />
record, in-coming and out-coming mail and minutes of meeting. Planning<br />
and implementing office system such as layout and equipment procurement, Responsible for<br />
yakeba assets including office equipment and the vehicle. Facilitating a smooth communication between staffs<br />
and the director.</p>

<p>We are seeking for Finance &amp; Accounting Manager to be located in Subang-West Java with qualifications and requirements:<br />
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting;<br />
2. 2 years overall relevant working experience;<br />
3. Good knowledge of Taxes, preferably has certificate Brevet A &amp; B;<br />
4. Proficient in English both verbal and written;<br />
5. Computer literate: Microsoft windows, excel, word, power point, preferably has an experience with Zahir Accounting Software;<br />
6. The candidate has to have strong drive, <span>positive attitude</span> &amp; personality, strong leadership potential, good in communication, is assertive and well motivated;<br />
7. Good analytical &amp; excellent personal and <span>interpersonal skills</span>, honesty, good self-confidence, independence and consistence;<br />
8. Knowledge and experience of development and corporate social responsibility;<br />
9. Willing to be placed in <span style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;cursor:pointer;">Subang</span>, West Java.</p>

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:</p>
<p>Program<br />
·         Assist Project Manager to prepare a letter, Project data, and Monthly report.</p>
<p>Procurement<br />
·         Assist Project Manager to process the office supply procurement.<br />
·         Control and monitor the office supply use and availability for regular needs of project staff.<br />
·         Contact Equipment vendors to purchase, services and repair office equipment.<br />
·         Prepare contract for services and repair office equipment, rent Office, car, etc.<br />
·         Maintain and monitoring organization’s assets, including vehicles/motorcycles.<br />
·         Monitoring log and fuel consumption analysis properly by establishing vehicles/motorcycles files.<br />
·         Processing the procurement request for project and ensure the process comply with CARE Indonesia Procurement Manual.<br />
·         Manage regional asset list for below and above US$ 200 and under US$ 200.<br />
·         Submit monthly asset report to Regional office Manager &amp; Administration Manager in 1st week of each month.<br />
· Files/documents important and confidential paperwork such as document transactions for data base, for local list vendor/supplier and records all vendors/suppliers profiles.<br />
·         Updates and submits Procurement Status Report (PSR) to the Jakarta Procurement Officer.<br />
·         Establish and maintain regional “Approved Vendor List”.<br />
·         Provide training and support to local partners on CARE procurement &amp; administrative.<br />
·         Assist in maintenance inventory in Project and prepare monthly FFE Report.</p>
<p>HR<br />
·         Preparing staff attendance, medical reimbursement, leaves report, and preparing payroll calculation.<br />
·         Coordinate with HR Head Quarter if there is personnel requisition for project purpose and other HR duties.</p>
<p>Finance<br />
·         Assist Project Manager to collect Travel Expense Report project staff.<br />
·         Prepare breakdown monthly invoices for official phone, electricity.<br />
·         Prepare ROP and breakdown of invoices for office utilities, courier and others.<br />
·         Manage petty cash.</p>
<p>Administration<br />
·         Screen of incoming telephone calls and the packing of out going telephone calls.<br />
·         Receive and direct visitors.<br />
·         Process incoming, correspondence by opening mail, recording in log book, photocopying, circulating and filing.<br />
·         Open mail each morning and send mail/e-mail as requested.<br />
· Assist in maintenance of active and inactive general file to ensure that all correspondences and documents are filed properly.<br />
·         Arrange/book flight for staff for official travel purpose.<br />
·         Arrange/prepare documents to be shipping to Head Quarter, other Field Offices or Overseas if necessary</p>
<p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p>
<p>·         Minimum Bachelors Degree in Administration or Management.<br />
·         Minimum 2 years experience in administration or procurement area.<br />
·         Demonstrated ability to promote and initiate work processes and complete given assignments with minimum supervision.<br />
·         Ability to communicate in English is preferable, excellent in Bahasa.<br />
·         Ability to operate standard computer programs (Window, Excel, Outlook &amp; Internet, PowerPoint).<br />
·         Ability to build and work in teams.<br />
·         Able to handle petty cash.<br />

<p>Tugas Utama Enumerator<br />
Mengumpulkan data survey pada responden yang telah ditentukan.</p>
<p>Aktivitas Utama<br />
1. Mengelola proses wawancara dengan responden secara keseluruhan; hal ini dilakukan dengan kunjungan rumah dan atau kunjungan sekolah sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditentukan.<br />
2. Mewawancarai responden dengan pertanyaan yang telah tersedia dalam kuesioner dan melakukan pencatatan terhadap respon yang diberikan responden.<br />
3.     Mengadministrasikan secara kolektif pengambilan data pada responden guru dan murid.<br />
4.     Mengumpulkan kuesioner yang telah diisi secara lengkap kepada supervisor.</p>
<p>Persyaratan<br />
1.     <span style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;cursor:pointer;">Pendidikan</span> minimum SMU atau sederajat.<br />
2.     Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik<br />
3. Memiliki waktu penuh untuk dapat mengambil data baik pagi, siang maupun sore hari (khususnya enumerator yang mendapatkan tugas mengumpulkan data dengan melakukan kunjungan rumah).<br />

<p>Tugas Utama Supervisor<br />
Membantu konsultan memastikan bahwa survey dilaksanakan sesuai metode dan prosedur yang telah ditentukan.</p>
<p>Aktivitas Utama:<br />
1.     Memantau kinerja enumerator dari hari ke hari; performa di lapangan maupun hasil yang dikumpulkan.<br />
2.     Membantu konsultan dalam mengatur enumerator menggunakan daftar responden utama dan daftar responden cadangan.<br />
3.     Membantu konsultan dalam memeriksa kuesioner yang masuk dari enumerator baik dalam hal akurasi pengisian dan kelengkapan.<br />
4.     Mengelompokkan keusioner survey yang dikumpulkan berdasarkan kategori survey yang ada.<br />
5. Melakukan pengecekan/ verifikasi lapangan terhadap kuesioner yang dikumpulkan enumerator (konsultan akan secara acak mengambil sejumlah nama responden yang telah diwawancarai oleh enumerator dan memberikan daftar nama responden tersebut pada supervisor. Supervisor akan melakukan pengecekan kepada responden apakah responden betul-betul telah didatangi dan diwawancarai oleh enumerator).<br />
6.     Membuat catatan lengkap (rekapitulasi) kuesioner yang terkumpul.<br />
7.     Melaporkan kejadian atau aktivitas-aktivitas yang dapat mempengaruhi kelancaran pengumpulan data</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>FINANCE OFFICER (3 month probation based in Banda Aceh)</p>
<p>Closing date : 16 October 2009<br />
GENERAL FUNCTION:</p>
<p>To provide finance and accounting support to the Yayasan Adista programs in<br />
accordance with Yayasan Adista  <span>Policies and Procedures</span>, maintain accounting<br />
records and the <span style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;cursor:pointer;">general ledger</span> and provide reports.<br />
<span id="more-226"></span><br />
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:</p>
<p>Cash and Banking</p>
<p>1. Responsible for the office <span style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;cursor:pointer;">petty cash</span> float.</p>
<p>2. Issue petty cash and cash advances to staff and to project sites as<br />
required, ensuring that records are well maintained.</p>
<p>3. Receive cash into <span>Field Office</span> bank and/or petty cash ensuring that<br />
records are well maintained.</p>
<p>4. Maintain the cash book and reconcile daily and weekly.</p>
<p>5. Assist the Finance Officer with forecasting cash requirements and monitor<br />
changes.</p>
<p>6. Receive and record monies paid in by staff or others, issue receipts as<br />
appropriate.</p>
<p>7. Maintain safe custody of cash at all times.</p>
<p>Disbursements</p>
<p>1. Ensure all expenditures are approved in accordance with Yayasan Adista<br />
policies and procedures and Logistics operating procedures.</p>
<p>2. Check invoices for authorization, correct account and project coding, and<br />
process payments for utilities and suppliers.</p>
<p>3. Prepare requests for <span style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;cursor:pointer;">wire transfers</span> or to pay suppliers.</p>
<p>4. Check and reimburse employee expenses in accordance with Yayasan Adista<br />
policies and procedures.</p>
<p>5. Disburse salaries to local staff in accordance with Yayasan Adista <span style="background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;cursor:pointer;">HR<br />
policies and procedures</span>.</p>
<p>General Ledger</p>
<p>1. Enter all receipts and expenditure to the general ledger in Quick Books<br />
accurately and in a timely manner.</p>
<p>2. Make sure that costs, expenses and any recoveries are allocated to the<br />
right cost locations, revenue and/ or project codes.</p>
<p>3. Reconcile employee advances and other scheduled accounts at least<br />
monthly.</p>
<p>4. Provide General Ledger files to the Director at month end in accordance<br />
with finance reporting calendar.</p>
<p>Reporting</p>
<p>1. To provide monthly cash summary, <span>general ledger reports</span> in accordance<br />
with Yayasan Adista financial reporting timeframes.</p>
<p>2. Assist the Finance Officer to create, configure, and maintain field<br />
accounting systems, forms, and software, including the development, testing<br />
and fine tuning of the automated interface system for capturing data into<br />
the financial reporting system in use.</p>
<p>3. Assist the Finance Officer provide quarterly project specific financial<br />
reports for donors and the monthly reports to donors, including ensuring<br />
that the reporting module in the financial reporting system in use is<br />
configured to generate the required reports.</p>
<p>4. Work closely with the Finance Officer to ensure that systems and<br />
reports are compliant, including the timely and accurate generation of ad<br />
hoc reports that  donors and management may require from time.</p>
<p>· Carry out any other duties assigned by Director</p>
<p>Qualification</p>
<p>· 3 year Diploma in Accounting up to <span>Bachelor Degree</span></p>
<p>· Minimum of 3 years book keeping or accounting experience</p>

<p>· High level computer skills including proficiency in MS Word and Excel</p>

<p>PADANG</p>
<p>1. Water Sanitation Specialist<br />
Responsible for day to day operations of WASH program in the area affected by the earth quake in <span>West Sumatra</span>. Oversee Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) program staff and ensure they work effectively, ensure the integration of the WASH program into the general <span style="background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;cursor:pointer;">Mercy Corps program</span>, ensure that all record keeping is undertaken accurately. Prepare timely reports as required. Provide necessary support to the contracting and <span style="background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;cursor:pointer;">procurement processes</span>.</p>
<p>Qualifications:<br />
·         <span>Bachelor Degree</span> in a technical or related subject. Masters in related subject is an asset;<br />
·         <span>Experience</span> in/of sanitation and water programs. <span>Water treatment</span> experience/knowledge is a criteria of selection;<br />
·         <span style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;cursor:pointer;">General Management</span> skills and <span>Project management skills</span>;<br />
·         Computer proficiency (<span>Microsoft Excel</span> and Word);<br />
·         <span>Fluent</span> in English, both reading and writing.</p>
<p>2. Water Sanitation Officer<br />
Responsible for assessment of needs for <span style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;cursor:pointer;">water and sanitation</span> structures, and ensure that groups of beneficiaries are involved in the installation process of the WASH project activities, keep full and accurate records of activities, follow up post construction to ensure appropriateness of structure, supervise construction of WASH structures.</p>
<p>Qualifications:<br />
·         Technical related education or equivalent professional experience;<br />
·         Willingness to work in remote rural settings in the program area;<br />
·         Experience middle-range management of sanitation and water programs;<br />
·         Computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel and Word);<br />
·         Fluent in English, both reading and writing.</p>
<p>JAKARTA</p>
<p>1. <span>Receptionist</span><br />
The Receptionist shall handle incoming calls, greets visitors and performs general administrative duties. Also may assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>Minimum 2 years experience with <span>office administration</span>;<br />
<span style="border-bottom:1px dashed #0066cc;background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;cursor:pointer;">Computer skills</span> are required, and have strong organizational skills;<br />
Demonstrated experience scheduling and managing staff from multiple departments;<br />

<p>THE IRISH RED CROSS-INDONESIA DELEGATION*</p>
<p>is seeking qualified candidates for the position *Project Assistant to<br />
produce manual for Finance &amp; Admin*. The purpose is a support role within<br />
the Finance and Admin Department based at the offices of IRCS in Banda Aceh.<br />
This short term role reports to, and provides direct support to, the Finance<br />
&amp; Administration Delegate and is part of the overall Delegation Finance and<br />
Administration Team. This is a fixed term position based in the Banda Aceh.<br />
The main areas of responsibility are support to financial and administration<br />
projects that are expected to occur during the exit phases of the Indonesia<br />
Delegation<br />
*Key tasks and responsibilities *</p>
<p>·         Construction of the Level 2 Finance &amp; Administration Manual – this<br />
requires the logical consolidation of all policies, forms and practices from<br />
three Delegations into a electronic toolkit/library  with full indexing and<br />
logical framework.<br />
<span id="more-228"></span><br />
·         Assist in the preparation of the external audit scheduled for October</p>
<p>·         Assist in Database review in the Irish Project</p>
<p>·         Assist in the archiving and shipping of Finance &amp; Administration/Delegation records.</p>
<p>·         Oversee with the records management officer the production of a<br />
document portal comprising of key scanned documents</p>
<p>·         Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time</p>
<p>*Qualifications:*</p>
<p>1. ** University Degree or equivalent in Finance/Business Studies<br />
2. *1-2 years experience in a similar role / production of a manual*<br />
3. ***Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. *<br />
4. Strong <span style="background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;cursor:text;">computer skills</span> in MS Office, Internet applications and<br />
Database software skills.</p>
