for Researcher in Energy Economics with following requirements:
– S1 or Master Degree from an accredited university in a field related to energy, economic and environment or other relevant disciplines
– Two (2) years of progressive experience in research
– Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
– High skill in report writing, both at academic and business level
– Computer literate is a must, and ability in computer programming is a plus
– Able to work under tight schedule, independently or as a team

Human Resources / Admin Officer – Papua
Oxfam GB works in more than 80 countries to provide people with the support they need to overcome poverty and suffering. Here in Indonesia, we run a busy programme of development, humanitarian and advocacy initiatives.
To carry out our work as efficiently and effectively as possible, we depend on a professional and proactive HR / Admin support function. That’s where you come in.
You will be managing the HR/Admin function in the Papua office and support the development of staff within the projects. As a part of Area Programme team, you will also work alongside the Area Programme Manager/recruiting managers to recruit staff for the programme and on team training plans in line with Oxfam’s learning and Development Plan. This will include managing the implementation and co-ordination of HR systems and procedures, such as contract management, leave management, personal records, preparation of payroll, Health and Safety, and Leavers management. You will also have to ensure HR functions and processes in the programme are following the Oxfam and Indonesian Labour Regulation, including casework with assistance from Country HR team.
As an experienced computer literacy. Good time management skills, planning skills, and follow-up are important./ Admin Officer, you’ll have a strong interpersonal awareness including excellent and able to get on well with others. Having diplomacy, tact, and respect for confidentiality is a must. You will also need to have an ability to understand the principles of employment practice and law and knowledge of HR administrative procedures and systems.
